About Us

The owners are Hakkas from Lu Feng and like their He Po counterparts, they also have the habit of eating Ground Tea (Lui Cha). However, the rice of this dish is made from popping sun-dried rice, similar to the method of making popcorn. The popping rice tastes slighty salty and is it just nice when served with ground tea.
